My Lawyer Experience

This was my first experience to hire and work with a lawyer and I found the procedure to be simple and non-frustrating which was a definite pleasure for me as I am a senior citizen. From the beginning, the process was efficient and well-structured. Alyssa was my initial contact and gave me detailed information about actions that would be taken and how the process worked. This part of the process took several weeks, and Alyssa checked in with me on a regular basis. Once it was ti...me for Victoria to become directly involved, she was clear about what actions she would take, always kept me informed and was completely honest about what would and would not be a likely outcome. She responded quickly to any requests I made or questions I had and I always felt that my little case carried as much importance to her as any other. The compensation was an average of about what I had told to expect so it was neither a surprise nor a disappointment - Victoria's actions and diligence helped bring the resulting settlement higher. All in all, my experience working with the firm was an enormously positive one. I'm glad the firm was recommended to me.
