I reached out to Wendi early in the separation and eventual divorce process. She was very knowledgable and easy to work with. I believe Wend cares about her clients. She helped me iron out balanced divorce terms perfectly by advising what typically happens, how courts typically view a situation and what my options were. I feel that the terms we agreed to were fair and her skills helped us to avoid any extra unnecessary or costly disputes. We got through the whole process in a very reasonable amount of time, thanks to her. She also helped with some follow ups after divorce was official and I am so thankful to have found a great person and lawyer.

In the past i had "NOT" so favorable dealings with attorneys in Louisville. Thank goodness I found Wendi. Not only is she compassionate and caring to your needs, there is no run around prolonging your case. Extremely professional and represents you with passion and drive.

I have been fighting for full custody of my daughter for about 8 years and have tried to represent myself in court. This process is not easy in our state and it is practically impossible to win without a lawyer. I reached out to Wendi after reading reviews on her a year and a half ago. I called her and she was very responsive in getting back with me, despite her being out of town. She offered a free consultation and I met with her as soon as she arrived back in town. I was frustrated and hysterical when I walked into her office . She was able to calm me down and I actually felt hope when leaving after this FREE consultation. I decided to hire her, due to her confident and bold vibe that I got from the minute I walked in her office. She offered reassurance to me, which is not something that is easy to do. I had many free consultations with family lawyers and left feeling hopeless and in tears. She is not in it for the money. She is affordable.

We have been to court many times, as it is a long process and not a "one and done deal" to obtain full custody of a child. We have worked together for years and she knows every piece of my puzzle, prior to walking in the courtroom. You are not treated as a number and she listens. She has treated my case as if it were her own child she was fighting for. She knows every detail and is not intimidated in the courtroom. She is extremely confident, bold and knows the law. Despite me not being happy with the length of time this is taking, I am finally feeling optimistic that I will soon get what I have been fighting for the past 8 years. Due to her extensive, investigative skills and knowledge, I believe we are almost at the end of this extremely frustrating situation. I have referred her several clients in which have hired her. She is the one the pick if you want a reliable, affordable, compassionate attorney to help you in whatever it is that you are fighting for in court. It will not happen overnight and may take years, depending on the complexity of your case, but she "in it to win it" right along your side!!

We are a married same sex couple. My wife gave birth to our twins. At the time our children were born, KY did not recognize our marriage although the Federal Government did. I wanted to be included on the childrens’ birth certificate and be recognized as a legal parent to my children in all ways. Wendi represented us in family court and handled the second parent adoption of my children.
