Personal Injury

Developer negligence

Alex defended my position and prevailed against a well known Louisville developer who smugly laughed when I filed suit. Alex is not fearful to take on the system and I will use his services should the need arise.

Great Service

I was in a car accident that was not my fault so I contacted Ryan Russell who works at the firm. I wanted to know my rights and what I would need to do if it came down to recovering damages. He was very knowledgeable and also compassionate to the situation. I did not end up needing to officially hire... them, but if something unfortunate happens in the future, I will definitely go to them. And I would recommend my friends and anyone else to go to them as well!

Exceeded Expectations

My attorney with this firm was John Spalding. We hired him to resolve an issue with our condo association. Mr. Spalding was knowledgeable about our type of case and very thorough. We were delighted with the outcome. We couldn't thank him enough.
