Anthony Ellis founded the firm after spending ten years working at some of the nation’s most prestigious law firms, including a recent position at a Partner at one of Louisville’s top defense firms. The reason is simple: Anthony wanted to spend more time helping those who are seriously injured as a result of someone else’s misconduct. As the first in his family to attend college and law school, Anthony understands the impact a sudden injury or death can have on a family, and how hard it can be to recover financially and emotionally from such significant events.
Every day, Anthony holds companies and individuals accountable, including businesses that place profits and greed above people and their safety, physicians and medical professionals who act negligently, and companies that operate through fraud and deceptive conduct. Anthony’s specializes in medical negligence, product liability claims against manufacturers and sellers of defective products, insurance disputes, industrial accidents, claims against pharmaceutical companies for failure to warn about dangerous drugs, commercial litigation disputes, and vehicle accidents such as motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents and car accidents. If you have been seriously injured and would like to discuss your case, contact Anthony today for a free consultation.
In addition to his work on behalf of injured victims, Anthony dedicates a substantial amount of time to community and charitable initiatives in Kentucky. He is a member of the board of directors of Brightside, Inc. (by appointment of the Mayor), a 2014 graduate of Ignite Louisville, a Farnsley by 40 fellow, and a strong supporter of the arts. Prior to moving to Louisville, Kentucky, Anthony spent the majority of his legal career in New York City.
