Mr. Denison represented me on a case and couldn't have been more helpful. His office staff were professional anytime I needed to call with questions about my case. We gave $7200 and nothing was ever accomplished! He was supposed to hire a private investigator and this was never done! Mr. Denison wanted $2500 to appeal our case both times. I feel if he had investigated that we would have custody. But instead he kept telling us to bring proof. Every time I calle...d the office I would get the excuse "He is in a high profile case". My grandson is a high profile case to me.

Ive been Policing the City of Louisville for 26 years . Ive had criminal case's where Tim was the Attorney for the defense.The (wrong doe'r) on many of my cases during that 26 years. When Police Officers go to court they tend to size up the Attorney, just as the Attorneys tend to size up the Officers... so that we pretty well know what we expect from each other in future court case's.
