We gave $7200 and nothing was ever accomplished! He was supposed to hire a private investigator and this was never done! Mr. Denison wanted $2500 to appeal our case both times. I feel if he had investigated that we would have custody. But instead he kept telling us to bring proof. Every time I calle...d the office I would get the excuse "He is in a high profile case". My grandson is a high profile case to me.

Ive been Policing the City of Louisville for 26 years . Ive had criminal case's where Tim was the Attorney for the defense.The (wrong doe'r) on many of my cases during that 26 years. When Police Officers go to court they tend to size up the Attorney, just as the Attorneys tend to size up the Officers... so that we pretty well know what we expect from each other in future court case's. Tim Denison always did his very best to defend his Clients. The Officers knew they had a battle on their hands in court if Tim was the Defense Attorney. Tim im sure angered alot of Police Officers because he either beat them in court or had the original charges ammended to lesser charges for his clients. Many officers respect his warrior mentality so much that they hire him when they themselves need a attorney. As an Officer, my wife and i were one of those clients that needed Tim as our Attorney in a cival case. Just as i knew he would . He put on his war face and went to battle and Won our case costing the other party a large sum of money.
