Really good work

Vanessa helped a friend with a DUI several years ago. He told me how she almost made the cop cry on the stand due to his complete lack of following protocol. The judge even scolded him after Vanessa was finished. The case was dismissed and to say he was ecstatic is an understatement. Based on thi...s, I contacted her a few months ago when I had a very intricate custody issue that involved multiple jurisdictions. She did some research and then helped me get the order worded the exact way I wanted it and worked the system flawlessly to make it happen. The next time I need anything I will definitely call her.

AVOID AT ALL COST

Im not scorned for a lost case. I actually fired her after she milked me like an ATM machine for 11 months. She couldnt even get my discovery intact and turned in on time even though I had it all laid out before her months earlier. She's completely incompetent and will feed your whatever BS you need ...to hear to keep her as your attorney. Lucklily, I was able to hire another attorney before anything went to court so that we could repair the damage she did for 11 months. Im speaking strictly about family matters. She ill advised me and my family members concerning the law upon my husband running off with my children. Vanessa hates to duke it out in court. She wants to "work things out" meanwhile dragging the case out and sucking money out of you like a money hunger attorney. Her office is completely unorganized. She has one receptionist who acts like her paralegal. Honestly, this individual lied to me about not being able to gather subpoenaed phone records and after her comments, I immediatetly got on the phone and had the evidence within 2 days after Vanessa lolly-gagged around for 3 months. She will not help you with evidence in supporting your case. She doesnt keep her clients informed about the opposing counsel formal charges and statements made to the court. YOu will not receive an itemized monthly statement. Instead, when your funds run out, you will receive a nasty letter stating to pay in full within 10 days or she will drop you as a client.?? I didnt know I owed any more Bc we hadnt even gone to court but for a temporary hearing and this was after 9 months of her lolly-gagging around. Yes, I didn't receive any support from the defendent until 9 months later. even then he wouldnt pay bc he and his attorney state that Vanessa Price altered and forged the temporary order. Really! She will sink you further in debt and not obtain anything. In doing this, she hopes to weaken you and make you think you just need to sign an agreed order. What? my husband cheated on me, abandoned his kids, and wont pay child support. Vanessa will not look out for you or childrens best interest. She only has the morale to work what looks best for her in court- and thats no disputes and to "work things out"! She cant handle trial cases. She needs to stick to real estate and real estate only! Her self centered goal is to get as many clients as she can, take as much money as possible, drag the case out for months, ask for more money, then she requests agreed orders bc shes hoping you are tired, bankrupt, not getting spousal support, and ready for it to end. Now if this is somebody you want as an attorney, go ahead and hire her-- like I trustingly did. But in the end when you end up with nothing, Just remember it's happened to several otherof her clients too. She even took on a divorce case for a friend of ours. Charged $8,000 retainer. Witihin a month, they decided to work it out. Do you think she gave them any money back? Of course not!
