Very Professional, Responsive and Excellent Results

My son was arrested and charged with an alcohol related crime. I contacted Jay Paul Carmean and he was very responsive, knowledgeable with respect to the law and related issues and clearly explained possible options and courses of action. We followed Jay's advice, and he handled everything in a promp...t and professional manner. Jay was able to achieve an outcome that exceeded our expectations. In fact, Jay made the process easy and understandable, and for a reasonable fee. I strongly recommend Jay for handling any criminal matter, and should the need arise, I would not hesitate to retain Jay again.

Public Drunk

Jay was able to guide me through a public drunk case with no stress on my part. They were very professional and efficient through the whole process and successful in getting charges dropped on my behalf. I would most definitely hire Jay again

Excellent law firm and attorney

We unfortunately found ourselves in a situation needing Jay's services. He was very prompt in responding to us, had a strong command of the legal situation, and advised us through the ordeal to a very satisfying result. We hope to get to know Jay better socially and not professionally ever again. I Highly Recommend Jay Carmean

Jay answered our call while on vacation and between him and his assistant we had all the information we needed to proceed within 24 hours after the incident and initial call. Jay clearly explained his role and what we needed to do on our end and as of today everything has been successfully handled... in less than 4 weeks! 2 charges dropped and completely expunged from my son’s record. We are extremely happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to hire Jay Carmean should we need his services again, which I hope we will not!
