I represent lenders, municipalities, and other creditors in bankruptcy matters. I also represent clients in AAA arbitration and FINRA matters.
My clients range from Fortune 500 companies, to small and medium-sized business clients, to entrepreneurs and individuals. I consult regularly with clients on business formation, employment agreements, contract matters, regulatory compliance, and other issues that arise from time-to-time.
I am licensed to practice in Tennessee and Arkansas and am admitted to the United States District Courts for the Western District of Tennessee, the Middle District of Tennessee, the Eastern District of Tennessee, the Eastern District of Arkansas, the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
