I have used Frank as our only business counsel since 1989. He has nelped me form two C-Corps and has provided excellent referrals to competent accountants, advisors and other specialists. Anytime I needed urgent assistance, Frank was quick to respond and helped quelch the fire. His warm personality and pleasant demeanor makes working with him a joy. The help I've received on both personal and business legal issues has always been spot on and provided for a reasonable, competitive fee.
I would not hesistate in recommending Frank for your legal needs and, regardless of the field, you should give him a call and inquire.

I am a retired employee of the U.S. Senate. I discovered in 2004 that a residential lender, mortgage creditor had reported, falsely and fraudulently, to TransUnion, Equifax and Experian that I owed about $200,000 on a home loan, which I knew nothing about since my identity had been stolen. The creditor refused to clear my credit after I explained the identity theft. I contacted Mr. Jackson and explained my problem to him. He filed suit on my behalf and stuck by me for several years, during which my husband died, and I did not think I could go on. Professionals explained to the court and to creditor that my signatures were forged on a promissory note, mortgage and a deed, but the creditor would not relent and correct the records and withdraw its unfavorable, false report to the three credit reporting agencies. Mr. Jackson always encouraged me and stuck with me to the end. He never failed me; he always responded to give me hope. Mr. Jackson is a fair man. After four years, Mr. Jackson prevailed for me, settled the matter in my favor. Mr. Jackson is a fair, honest and honorable man and a superb lawyer. I recommend Mr. Jackson and his law firm as the service and advice I received from him was excellent. (Name withheld by request.)

During December, 2007, I contacted Mr. Frank Jackson and his law firm with regard to a potential breach of my non-compete contract with a large corporation. Frank was enormously helpful and pointed out that the non-compete agreement that I had signed was likely unenforceable with the Courts of the State of Tennessee because of its extended duration, etc. Unlike any other attorney I have ever dealt with, Frank was unusually fair with regard to his charges for fee for his time and the level of research that he conducted for me. Although I am an experienced business person, now for many years, I have never experienced such a high level of integrity with any other lawyer. I highly recommend him to anyone, and certainly anyone who has been unfairly treated by a big corporation Frank is also very personable and friendly -- not the usual "Stuffed" shirt that you encounter at legal firms, which made legal consultation a pleasant, rewarding and fair experience -- for the first time in my life.
