Money well spent.

Mark Steven McDaniel and his team took a copy of my speeding ticket. They appeared in court for me. Had the ticket dismissed with no fine or court costs. Will not show up on my driving record. Sent me a copy of the dismissal. I am extremely pleased with their performance and the fact that I did not h...ave to take the time out of my busy schedule to go to court.

Man of Integrity

It gives me a great peace of mind to know that I have a lawyer that always keeps my best interest in mind. Mr. McDaniel has been very clear on the letter of the law, and always given sound guidance. I have gone to Mr. McDaniel for any and all legal needs/advise for almost 15 years now and I have alwa...ys received the most professional care in every situation. Review

This man did a phone interview on case.....He wanted $5000 just for the lower courts !..... and he just wanted him to plead guilty & just start serving his time! i couldn't believe this !....found a BETTER lawyer that only charged $750 in the lower court & $2500 in the upper court....he got him off ...on probation. I would not recommend this man for anything !.... Best to check around and find a better attorney.

We truly appreciate this feedback. We work very hard to communicate clearly, but apparently failed to do so in this phone conversation. We apologize for that miscommunication. The fee you have referenced would be for a felony case that is going up to Criminal Court. Therefore, it would cover both General Sessions and Criminal Court (without a trial). We have never encouraged a quick plea on a felony case and daily explain that this is a process, which can take a considerable amount of time. Again, we bear the responsibility for not making that clear. Our fees are based on 37 years of criminal defense experience along with the demand for our services, so this fee wouldn't have been that much greater than the $3,250 that you paid. However, we are very glad that all worked well for this individual. Thank you again for reminding us that friends/family members who call on a case need an extra level of time and attention to understand the legal process. We wish you all the very best.
