Mr. Anderson was a god-send for me. My eldest sister was a nice, Christian, trusting, handicapped lady who was led to construct a terribly ineffective last will & testament. She left multiple tiny bequests to dozens of near-strangers and put her estate into the hands of four -- 4!!! -- non-relatives ...who stood not to gain anything from the proper handling of her estate. A year and a half after her passing, the four appointed executives dropped the bundle of misery into my ignorant, frightened lap. Mr. Anderson patiently and tirelessly untangled the entire awful mess and repeatedly helped me navigate a maze of confusing probate necessities. If it weren't for him, I'm sure the whole thing would still be going on. I'm really grateful for his help, expertise, and patience -- seriously, patience! -- and I can't recommend Mr. Anderson highly enough. He is communicative, helpful, smart, effective, and pleasant. He doesn't give off those "smarter than thou" airs that so many lawyers do. Ed Anderson is the real deal.

I hired Mr. Anderson after speaking with several other highly rated attorneys for the purpose of shepherding me through the complex and lengthy Social Security disability process. From our first consultation through our Administrative Law Judge hearing last week Mr. Anderson was incredibly proactive ...and positive regarding my application. Although the process of getting to the ALJ hearing phase took nearly a year, Mr. Anderson let me informed at every step and also handled my case with remarkable due diligence, collecting hundreds of pages of medical and financial paperwork for use in supporting the very thorough and persuasive brief that he wrote for the ALJ in advance of my hearing. As the hearing approached, Mr. Anderson scheduled two sessions specifically with me to prep me thoroughly for exactly what to expect at the hearing. We went over my records and he helped me have a clear and very specific understanding of exactly what types of questions the judge would likely have for me at the hearing. All of this preparation paid off; because I knew what to expect in the hearing I was able to understand what sort of info the judge was seeking and I was also able to answer his questions in the way that Mr. Anderson had advised me that he (the judge) would find most helpful. Obviously Mr. Anderson's months of conscientious work on my behalf paid off; the judge told us before the hearing was even over that he had decided to award me Social Security disability benefits plus applicable back pay. I know from my external reading that a positive decision by a judge directly from the judge almost never happens and when it does, it's largely due to the attorney's preparation of his/her client, plus having the appropriate records available along with a clear and compelling brief for the judge to get a concise understanding of the case. I can't recommend Ed Anderson highly enough. I've rarely had a more satisfying experience with a professional service provider. He's also polite, pleasant and always willing to answer all of my questions. I would definitely select him again as my attorney in this or any other similar matter.

I had been told by several friends (that recommended Edwin) that they had been turned down for disability several times before getting approved - don't go it alone. The office went thoroughly over all of my applications and made it an easy process. I felt very comfortable with all of the staff there,... and very confident of their process. I was approved on my first go around which is a relief. I would highly recommend this lawyer and his office - they are worth the commission!

Mr. Anderson handled my disability case. We were quick to get a date before the judge. Once we were in front of the judge, Mr. Anderson had prepared the documents so well that he didn't have to argue my case. The entire meeting didn't last 20 minutes. I received my approval letter within 2 weeks and ...my disability payments are scheduled to start next month. He is very professional and I would recommend him to anyone.
