Truly the best lawyer!!!

I have had the honor and privilege it know Sam English for many years. He is honorable, open-minded and dedicated to provide the best outcome that he can for your case. Sam represented me in a divorce/child custody amendment. Sam’s positive reputation precedes himself; he is definitely the bull-do...g in the courtroom and he gets results! I highly recommend Sam as representation for any of your divorce, separation or child custody needs. Divorce is a life-changing event; you shouldn’t consider anything other than the best to represent you. Sam English is the best!!!

Best family law attorney in Knoxville

I hired Mr. English several years when I realized divorce was inevitable. I was impressed at his compassion and empathy towards me, not to mention his knowledge of the law. To me, Sam seemed to take my case personally and I have a feeling I’m not alone in feeling that way. Divorce is a lengthy proces...s, he and his office kept me informed on “what to expect next”. When my divorce was finalized (there was a child involved), I felt like I got at least as “say so”, and feel like it was handled fairly, and men seldom feel like that when it’s over. If divorce ever presents itself in my life again the choice will already be made, a phone call to Mr. English would be in the works. Best advice I can give is to listen to Sam and let him do his job....

Best Lawyer Around!

Sam English represented me in my divorce. He was well prepared. We won our case with me walking away a happy lady. Not only did I receive spousal support but I received everything I wanted! He also represented me with custody of my grandchildren on another case. He has been hired numerous times which... tells you how awesome I think he is. I recommend him to anyone needing a divorce or fighting for custody of children. He always won our cases.

Poor Service - Didn’t Represent My Request

2003 I hired him for my divorce. I wanted full custody but would accept joint custody. Mr English did not support my request and gave me poor red presentation. Convinced me to accept a lesser agreement which has cost me over $140K since. A lot more to the story but very poor service. Thumbs Down

Dear Sir: I’m very sorry you feel like you received poor advice from me 15 years ago and I let you down. I cannot determine the case with only your first name and year. I try my best in every case and give advice based on the facts of each case. I am most definitely not perfect and I am disappointed that you feel that I failed you. The law is tricky and totally dependent on your set of facts. It’s not unusal when people decide to settle the case and not go to trial that they in future feel the “what if I went to trial” perspective. I would like to talk to you about your experience above and your spending $140,000 since my representation on a custody case. It sounds like a very complex matter and those fees sound very high. I’m always looking to grow with past experiences and I would appreciate a call to my office to discuss it. I’m replying to this post as I’m on vacation with my family so I won’t be in the office until next week. I didn’t want to delay your being contacted. I will look for your call and respond to you as soon as possible. Again, my apologies for your feelings that I let you down and I look forward to your call.
