Leslie Beale has extensive experience in managing a variety of legal issues facing employers, including serving as Senior Attorney for a publicly traded restaurant company where she had primary responsibility for management of the employment claims team. Ms. Beale has investigated and responded to more than 100 charges of discrimination from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and similar agencies. She has successfully represented clients in both federal and state courts, as well as in mediation and conciliation actions with various enforcement agencies. Ms. Beale regularly advises clients on a wide range of legal compliance issues, drafts handbooks and employment policies, and conducts training for clients and their employees.
In addition to being a licensed attorney, Ms. Beale is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by HRCI.
