Mr. Anderson is a great attorney and knows exactly how to get results when its time to file for disability benefits. I would never have gotten mine so quickly without him.

I hired Mr. Anderson after speaking with several other highly rated attorneys for the purpose of shepherding me through the complex and lengthy Social Security disability process. From our first consultation through our Administrative Law Judge hearing last week Mr. Anderson was incredibly proactive and positive regarding my application. Although the process of getting to the ALJ hearing phase took nearly a year, Mr. Anderson let me informed at every step and also handled my case with remarkable due diligence, collecting hundreds of pages of medical and financial paperwork for use in supporting the very thorough and persuasive brief that he wrote for the ALJ in advance of my hearing. As the hearing approached, Mr. Anderson scheduled two sessions specifically with me to prep me thoroughly for exactly what to expect at the hearing. We went over my records and he helped me have a clear and very specific understanding of exactly what types of questions the judge would likely have for me at the hearing. All of this preparation paid off; because I knew what to expect in the hearing I was able to understand what sort of info the judge was seeking and I was also able to answer his questions in the way that Mr. Anderson had advised me that he (the judge) would find most helpful. Obviously Mr. Anderson's months of conscientious work on my behalf paid off; the judge told us before the hearing was even over that he had decided to award me Social Security disability benefits plus applicable back pay. I know from my external reading that a positive decision by a judge directly from the judge almost never happens and when it does, it's largely due to the attorney's preparation of his/her client, plus having the appropriate records available along with a clear and compelling brief for the judge to get a concise understanding of the case.
I can't recommend Ed Anderson highly enough. I've rarely had a more satisfying experience with a professional service provider. He's also polite, pleasant and always willing to answer all of my questions. I would definitely select him again as my attorney in this or any other similar matter.

Mr Anderson was extremely helpful in preparing me for my disability hearing. He was always thoughtful, insightful, and highly knowledgeable. His honest advise and expert understanding of the process helped me get through the anxiety and stress the situation produced. I know I could never have done it on my own and his patience and support helped keep me calm. I'd certainly recommend him to anyone in need of a good lawyer.

I called Mr. Anderson regarding SSDI. He answered the phone himself and provided me with excellent advice. In addition he recommended a lawyer closer to my home because he felt that would benefit me and my specific disability situation. I feel that Mr. Anderson went above and beyond to provide excellent, honest service.

Seldom do you find a lawyer who is both great at what he does and a genuinely nice person too! Ed did an amazing job for us on my son's disability case. He was incredibly patient and persistent with my son. Even my son's psychologist commented on what a nice person he was--especially for a lawyer. We could not have been happier with the work he did.

My first impression was very positive and surprisingly the consultation was no charge to help assess our needs. Although we have not moved forward with any legal action at this time we are certain that Cannon and Anderson Attorneys would be a good choice.

I hired Ed for estate planning. He was very knowledgeable and professional in helping me establish a will and a trust, and he advised me on how to list beneficiaries on IRAs and life insurance policies and how all that works with the trust. He also helped me file quit claim deeds to transfer property into the trust. I would hire Ed again and recommend him to anyone for estate planning.

Ed did wills for my wife and I. We met and went over our old wills and discussed changes. Made changes and sent us copies to review. Responsive to changes in the draft wills. Also update our adnaced Directives for medical care as part of the process.

I've had an estate plan (to avoid probate) for over 5 years. In these plans I had listed the persons I thought should handle my health and finances should I become unable to do so, as well as persons to serve as Executor of my Will and Trustee of my Living Trust. Because of recent experiences of my niece regarding her parents, I came to understand the choices I had made were wrong for very practical reasons. So, I knew I had to find an attorney who would help me make better choices. Ed Anderson had great reviews on the internet so I met with him several times and just signed off on my new documents this past week. Ed is very knowledgeable about Estate Planning and Probate and wonderful to work with. He is very patient, an extremely good listener, and worked with me so I would understand the consequences of choices I made in my documents. I am 66 years old, educated through a Masters degree level (not in law) and needed the help of a caring, knowledgeable lawyer for this very important planning. No matter what your age or level of education, Mr. Anderson will work patiently explaining Estate Planning and Probate law so that you make good choices with which you will be satisfied. I highly recommend him because he specializes in Estate Planning, Probate Law, and Elder Care and is very easy to work with.
