Assuring me we would win the trials, the reduced Reckless Driving Marcos acheived was MUCH better than a 2nd DUI.

Upon finding Marcos in an online directory with about 5 other lawyers, I spent an entire day online looking for my next step after coming home from being arrested from a roadblock 2nd DUI. Once I had submitted to around the third lawyer my "situation," I had already received a response from Marcos. ... To this day, 2 of the 5 I submitted an email to NEVER RESPONDED! So I decided to talk to Marcos right away. From the VERY BEGINNING, he took the time to meticulously describe my situation and every angle available to me with complete confidence of his abilities. I was so impressed with his language and effort that I negotiated my rate with him on the spot. He was extremely flexible with his cost scheduling and his flexibility allowed me to hire him immediately. Throughout the entire process, he would take the time to explain to me EXACTLY where we were at in the process of the case and I let him know each time I talked to him, "I can't sleep over this!" To which he replied, "This case is win-able. Get some sleep!" Communications before each court date was far beyond what I would expect out of ANYONE. I had an open communication with him via email and would randomly send my concerns to which he would reply almost IMMEDIATELY, almost like he was sitting there waiting for me to email him. And it was that way over the close to a year he was hired as my lawyer. Every penny I spent with him was well worth the comfort I received throughout the process. Not to mention the details I needed him to explain to me which he was more than happy to offer up on every angle I needed to hear about. So my case was presented and I was pulled out of the court room. My heart was racing. Marcos, in his usual calm demeanor, said to me that I have a choice to make. My choices were simple. Either we would go to trial, which he was extremely confident we would WIN, or take the negotiated alternative, a reckless driving hit on my record. I think anyone in my situation would like to hear those choices! So after around 30 minutes of talking to Marcos, a sheriff deputy came out of the court room to find us. “Are we having a trial today?” he asked boldly, like he just got handed an ice cream cone from his grandmother. Marcos looked up and flashed a look at the man standing there with an egocentric grin on his face and the look alone had the officer in a recoil position. “Oh, please just take your time; I just wanted to know what my afternoon looked like.” Let me tell you, that alone paid for the cost of his services. After a bit more discussing, I decided to get it over with immediately and take the reckless driving. If I were a betting man, a 5% chance to lose the case is plenty to go forward with it, even though many people could argue that I should have taken it forward into trial and won against the system and I was assured this was an easy case to win. I unfortunately am NOT a betting man so I took the easy way out. Going in front of the judge was as painless as the entire process with Marcos had already been. “Yes, your honor” was spoken a few times, I went back out of the court room with Marcos, relieving the pressures of the court room, signed 2 documents and it was OVER. Never before in my life was something so simple and so relieving. Because of the extensive investigation Marcos had conducted, he found countless problems with the case the prosecution had on me. Apparently, he found many things wrong with how they conducted their roadblock in my case. In confidence, Marcos let me know that he would like to take one of these cases and win them and maybe I should have let him on my case. I have no doubt in my mind that we would have won but I wanted it over as soon as possible. Would I recommend him to someone? I would recommend him to my entire family and friends. A conviction on this case would have ruined my life. So in a sense, Marcos has saved my life. Do I think he would have won my case? Absolutely. But I was anxious to end the case. Maybe next time, Marcos. Maybe next time…

One of TN's few Elite Lawyers. Knows the laws like no other in TN, easy to talk to, never too busy for a client, and AFFORDABLE!

Wow. Just left court, and I'm speechless. Marcos is undeniably the best. When I heard the judge say to one of Marcos' other clients "Any one you represent is priviledged to have you as their attorney" I knew I made the right choice (Yes, the Judge said exactly that). The docket was large that day, an...d I was able to watch several of the other "top" lawyers do "their job" (Marcos,on the other hand, performs, he really does), and NONE of the other lawyers recieved any praise, or even a nod, from the judge. I was a first offense DUI. I was at the time trying to get a Government job and was quite concerned about having this on my record. To make a long story shory, I no longer have to worry about what my record says, because it will say nothing. The man is Incredible, to say the least. I do not wish to give out too much information about my case, but let me also add I have yet to meet another person as well connected as Marcos Garza. I shopped around before deciding on Marcos. I started in the phonebook and found the other "big" names wanting much more $$$ (who I am sure would not have been able to fight for me the way Marcos did), and many others who wanted much less $$$, and I have no doubt they would have merely walked me in, told me to plead guilty, and then expect payment. Marcos, for the record, told me from the start to plead Not Guilty with him as my attorney. Marcos is Different. I initially called him, after business hours even, expecting to leave a message, and he answered and told me to come see him and that he could help. Now you ask "What's so different about that?" Answer: I completly believed him, and after talking to him I knew not only could he help, but he was going to fight for me like I was his brother. When it came to the court dates he did just that, like no other. I was amazed at what Marcos is capable of and how he pulled it off. Amazed. The man needs his own TV show. He's just that good. I don't make very much money at all. I live a very Spartan lifestyle, consisting of few, if any, luxuries. Having food in the house is sometimes one of those luxuries. Now considering the above praise for Marcos, one would not expect a person of my means to be able to afford such a great attorney, and I certainly never expected what all I recieved. I was not a docket number to him, he knew me by name. Shop around, go ahead (Infact I spoke with at least 8 other lawyers, before I settled Marcos, the obvious choice), but I can say with the utmost confidence that Marcos is not only the best value, but the Best. Period. I wish Marcos the best in all his endeavors. A person who represents himself has a fool for a client. A person who is represented by Marcos Garza is a wise person, indeed.

Case Dismissed

Marcos Garza represented me during my BUI case this past summer (2009) and the result was a DISMISSAL OF ALL CHARGES. I truly cant say enough good things about Marcos Garza. Without hesitation I can say that he is a premier lawyer and I have no doubt that I received the best legal advice possible.... Marcos was a pleasure to work with in all aspects of the process. He was always available, kept me informed about the entire process, and the ins and outs of the law. I was extremely satisfied with his exceptional representation. I would and have recommended him without hesitation. During this process, I talked with many people that have had similar cases (failed blood test), and none of them had the excellent experience I had. Everyone I spoke to, other than Marcos, basically told me I had no defense. Marcos explained to the judge why this case should dismissed, and she did! She dismissed the case because he understands DUI law completely, and if your rights have been violated in any way, Marcos will figure it out. Marcos was nothing short of amazing in the courtroom and he is simply one of the finest legal representatives I have ever dealt with. I have already, and will continue to recommended him because I firmly believe that he will represent you as well as he represented me. If you want to win your case, you should hire Marcos Garza.

Marcos Garza is the man for the job!

Marcos was a very attentive and authoritative lawyer. He treated my case with care and went to great lengths in order to resolve my legal issues in a timely fashion. He was fair and straight forward with my case and kept me abreast of all my legal issues. He was able to resolve my case with 9 felony ...charges to one misdemanor! I would recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer to fight a felony charge

Very responsive Attorney

This is the first time I have ever needed lawyer when I meat with Mr. Garza the first time he was very attentive and offered very knowledgeable solutions to my problem, After taking my case Mr. Garza handled everything he was very responsive when I had questions and obtained excellent results in my... case.
