As good as it gets...........Extraordinary attorney........Money well spent

I originally hired an attorney in Loudon, TN. Following the 1st hearing, all looked hopeless. It looked like I was going to lose my license & my job. The attorney I was working with had no direction and was too arrogant to even return phone calls. I decided to shop around for another attorney and... thankfully I found Mr. Garza. Mr Garza was very positive throughout the process. He let me know from the beginning he would do his best to come up with a favorable outcome and he delivered. He was very personable and he made me feel more at ease about the situation right from the beginning. Mr Garza is a classy individual and I cannot put into words how truly thankful I am to have had him represent me throughout this experience. Do not let money be a factor. You get what you pay for. I wasted more money paying a inept attorney at the beginning of this process and had to start all over. The money I paid Mr. Garza was one of the most valuable purchases of my life. Thank you Mr Garza

Personable, Professional and Outstanding

I found Mr. Garza while Googling potential lawyers to help out in my first time DUI case. I gave his office a call and the next day someone on his staff returned my call and helped set up a meeting with Mr. Garza. He along with every member of his staff made me feel warm and comfortable when the ti...me for the meeting came and seemed to genuinely care about me and my case which is something you can't put a price on. Mr. Garza handled my case with the utmost professionalism and always kept me updated on how my case was going; along with any and all pertinent information that I needed to know. The outcome to my case was beyond my wildest dreams and I know that without the hard work of Marcos and his staff it would not have been anywhere near as satisfactory. I can never thank Mr. Garza enough for all he has done for me during this difficult time and I would heartily endorse Marcos and the rest of the Garza Law Firm to anyone in need of legal aid or counsel. Thank you again guys, all of you are great!!!

Calm.. However his presence is powerful!

Mr. Garza was recommended by a friend who went through a similiar situation as myself. From the first day I met him in his office I felt a sense of peace. Mr. Garza's way of being personal made my choice easy. From the moment I hired Mr.Garza he kept me informed with updates. When I had a quest...ion about my case he was responsive! Mr. Garza's cutting edge information gathering is awesome! He was very prepared to handle my case. Nonetheless, his presence in court is second to none. Had two court appearance in which the officer did not show for whatever reason. I believe the officer did not show due to Mr. Garza's excellent information gathering and powerful court presence!!! If your looking for a lawyer that will work hard for you, is trustworthy, responsive, has empathy and is competent look no further Marcos Garza is your lawyer!!!

Outstanding, Loyal and gets results

Mr. Garza is a very knowledgeable attorney. He is very accommodating and consistently keeps you informed about your case. I really appreciate the fact that he doesn’t "sugar coat" anything. He will tell you what the worst results would be and then tell you the results that he really expects. He a...nd his staff are very friendly, professional and they legitimately care about their clients. I would recommend anyone to Mr. Garza. We were very satisfied with the results. People make mistakes and those people learn from their mistakes. Making a mistake is just a part of living and we are glad that Mr. Garza was there to readily assist us during a hard time in our life. We greatly appreciate him!

Personable and Effective

A 2nd DUI charge (a first in TN, after a first in another state at just under 5 years ago). Marcos won this case with a reduction to a reckless driving sentence. It was not without some alternative disciplinary actions on me to perform during the following probation and some minimal jail time. ...However, this is a great success and a preservation of licensing and livelihood, especially from being out of state. I am most impressed with Marcos' dedication, and personal attentiveness to the case. He saved my career. He contacted me back and always has the highest concern for all of his cases. I always felt like he had a personal investment into my case for some unknown reason. Without giving too many specifics, he even offered to pick me up more than once from out of state! I'm still amazed by this. Marcos worked for my best interests and worked with the court. He never guaranteed me miracles, and also informed me of realistic outcomes. I feel like he got me the best outcome I could expect, and would recommend him to anyone willing to work with him.
