Research of a potential Wrongful Death (CoVid) of my husband 59 years

Garza Law Firm (Marcos, Tim & their team) spent money upfront to investigate my husband's potential wrongful death case. They hired an expert and other professioals to review our potential case upfront. The investigation brought closure and peace to our family. Very professional, kind and caring. I... personally met with them for 2 hours and we ALL sat together watching the experts. They took time out of their busy schedule for me to explain my husbands last days here on earth and it meant everything to me. I rate them a 10 out of 10 and highly reccomend them. It is rare to find a lawfirm with such character, kindness, and committment to their clients. I am eternally grateful to God for sending them to me.

Social Security Disability

Our daughter needed assistance with applying for Social Security Disability due to numerous medical conditions. Shawn Holden worked closely with us, along with attorney Haley Henry. Best Lawyer in Knoxville

I had three very serious charges including a felony schedule VI drug charge. Considering the state of the pandemic, my arraignment was consistently pushed back, only adding to my stress. I went with the Garza Law Firm as my first option, being offered their services for half the initial price I was q...uoted. I, with mass amounts of anxiety on my situation, offered very little follow-up, mostly leaving it in their hands. Once I arrived at my arraignment, I was as nervous as I’ve ever been in my life. After meeting with Marcos outside the courtroom, he assured me he would find the best solution possible. I was told the first offer provided by the judge was over 11 months. Marcos worked it down to every single charge being dropped. I burst out in tears leaving the courtroom. I would trust this man with any situation thrown at me. He is a true professional, and if you find yourself considering another attorney, fix that. He is the ONLY attorney I would go to in any circumstance. This man truly saved the course of my life; I could not be more grateful.

Underage DUI

Simply the best. At the beginning of 2019 I was in a tough situation regarding a DUI. I knew it was a very serious charge so I had too hire the best which meant hiring The Garza Law Firm. If you are contemplating hiring them let me tell you that it is 10 out 10 worth everything for these guys too b...e on your team. Marcos Garza and his staff have treated my mom like their own family.

I was familiar with the Marcos Garza firm through my local sports show (Tony Basilio), so when my mother was involved in an assault he was immediately my first thought. However, when a good friend of our family, a former prosecutor, recommended Marcos we knew where we needed to go.
