past client

Marcos represented me in an auto accident where I was rear ended by an impaired, uninsured driver, resulted in back injury. He did an excellent job, and the end result was a settlement much higher than I had anticipated. He and his staff (Stephanie especially) were always available anytime I had a ...question. I had never been involved with the legal system before, and Mr Garza was knowledgeable, professional, and got me an excellent settlement. Anytime anyone asks for a legal recommendation I never hesitate to recommend Marcos Garza. He's the best!

This guy is a star lawyer you would see in a movie ......

Except he actually cares about his clients on a personal level. You know this is true when the courthouse administrators tell you. I had a private conversation with one of the SCRAM ladies who has dealt with countless attorneys, and she said he was the only one that actually genuinely cared about t...he client. I am a very analytical person and was curious so I was inquisitive and I eventually got it out of them. These people don't have a dog in the fight and would obviously know better than anyone. And of course, they all said he is easily the best. He sincerely cared about my situation, and he even inquired about my father who had been in the hospital and said he would pray for him. The guy actually cares and is a great person - totally what you would not expect out of a lawyer. As for his performance: Incredible. I was just in awe of how he interacted with others. He has a natural ability like I've never seen before. Marcos is talented enough to do anything. Wouldn't be surprised to see him in high-level politics one day. He uses any available resource in any given moment to his advantage. He got me a damn good deal considering the facts of my case. I had always thought first time offenders always got a plea deal, but that is no longer true. My only regret was not contacting him directly to discuss my case throughout the process on where I stood, what I needed to do, etc. I didn't really know what was going on in the middle, but that was my fault for not contacting him directly. I would have saved myself some worry and been reassured. Towards the ends when I finally did, he was very prompt in getting back to me. He would always respond that very day, even late in the evenings. He always made time, and he never bullshitted. You would be a fool to not hire Marcos. These rave reviews on this site are further proof. If you ever find yourself in a rough legal situation, hire him. I am a very skeptical person, not optimistic, and I typically have little faith in people and things, but I certainly endorse Mr. Garza.

Professional and Highly Recommended

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the hard work,dedication, and time devoted to my slip and fall case. Mr. Garza and the employees of Garza Law Firm were always informative, polite, and professional. Not only did Garza Law Firm keep us informed but invited us to call and inquire about case... updates or any questions about our case. I would recommend Garza Law Firm for any case requiring legal action.

legal excellence

Marcos far exceeded all my expectations and delivered a result far above what I even dreamed possible!! Professional, prepared, and always available to answer any question I had. He and his staff are the very definition of excellence and professionalism. Also his investigative team is unmatched an...d exceptional, they pointed out all lapses in the states case and were extremely patient breaking everything down for me so it was easy for me to understand. Without a doubt Marcos Garza is the best, most knowledgeable attorney I have ever come across and would definitely recommend him to all of my friends!!!!

You must hire Mr. Garza!!!

I just left court on May 10 with the absolute best possible outcome. I am still completely in shock and amazed. I have never been in trouble before with the worst thing being a speeding ticket. I made a really bad decision one night last September and got caught. I was pulled over and arrested for a ...DUI. I was also charged with implied consent because I refused a breathalyzer. When I was released my dad and I frantically searched for a lawyer having no idea where to even start. We called a bunch and left a lot of messages but Marcos called us right back. He agreed to meet with us the next day, on a Sunday, during labor day weekend. Once we talked with him, we knew he is who we wanted to represent me. He got the court dates moved about 3 times and kept telling me that time was on our side. A few times he was concerned because my video from the stop wasn't very good, and the DA was not budging much on a plea to a lesser charge. After the second court date the best offer the DA was giving was for me to wear a SCRAM device on my ankle for 6 months, but Marcos put off the decision until an even later court date, to give it more time. It would have been better than a DUI, but still very embarrassing. I was preparing for the worst. Long story short, on my 3rd court date, we thought the best we could possibly do was to push wearing the SCRAM device out until the end of summer. Well, after Marcos talked again to the DA he came out and told me he had gotten it reduced to just reckless driving and 6 months of unsupervised probation. He also got the implied consent dropped. WOW!!! I didn't even have to pay anything except court costs. I could not believe it! It went from DUI, to not being much better, to the very best possible outcome. Marcos is so kind and it feels like a good friend is taking care of you. He does so much to help you and keeps you updated. He never sugar coats anything and lets you know exactly what is going on. Marcos also knows a lot of the judges and DAs, and even the women at the court cost desk wave to him. If you want the best DUI attorney you MUST hire Mr. Garza to represent you. I cannot thank him and his team enough!!!!
