DUI Lawyer

I received a DUI in Knox County. I hired Marcos Garza to defend my case. He scheduled a free consultation the same day that I called, and spent almost 2 hours reviewing my case with me. He was very professional, respectful and caring about the situation and was able to reduce my DUI to reckless dri...ving, even though I had a very high blood test. His staff was very courteous and helpful. I shopped around and Mr. Garza is the best bang for your buck.

Simply the best....don't settle for less than Marcos Garza!

I was fortunate enough to have Marcos Garza represent me when I was falsely arrested and charged with a felony. Needless to say, I was devastated, as were my family and friends. Mr. Garza was relentless in his representation, completely knowledgeable of the law, sincere and trustworthy, tireless in... his efforts on my behalf, and completely dedicated to my case......I literally put my life in his hands, and I thank God every day that I made the decision to do so. Thanks to Marcos, my case didn't even go to trial - it was dismissed at the probable cause hearing. My children and I will be forever grateful for what he has done for us....we have been able to put this life-changing event behind us and move on with our lives.
