I am so glad I chose Marcos! I would reccomend him to anyone who needs help with their DUI!

Marcos helped my with my DUI case in the Fall of 2008! Having never had a DUI, or been in legal trouble, this was an overwhelming and devasting time for me and my family. Marcos was beyond amazing! He was timely with responses to my questions and concerns. He was easy to get int tough with. Marcos ...seemed to geninuely care about me and my case. He is extremely insightful and will do whatever it takes to help you! I felt safe and at ease knowing that he was behind my case and beside me in front of the judge!

Very responsive Attorney

This is the first time I have ever needed lawyer when I meat with Mr. Garza the first time he was very attentive and offered very knowledgeable solutions to my problem, After taking my case Mr. Garza handled everything he was very responsive when I had questions and obtained excellent results in my... case.

8 Charges!

After meeting with several lawyers I decided to go with Marcos. He did not try to sugarcoat any of my charges. He is a straight shooter and will give you a realistic perspective of what to expect. He gave me a packet of questions to fill out and I am glad I did. With some of the information I provide...d he was able reduce my charges to Reckless Driving and I did not lose my license. Marcos is not only a good lawyer but a good man. After going through this process I now consider him a good friend. You owe it to yourself to sit down with Marcos for a consultation.

DUI by consent

I hired Marocs Garza when I was arrested for DUI by consent. This was my first experience with anything like this and Mr. Garza walked me through every step of the process. Mr. Garza was able to have this charge reduced to a moving violation and I will be forever greatful. I would and do recommend Mr.... Garza to anyone in need of a wonderful caring attorney! Hands down!

DUI case
