My record is still clean.

I had a difficult case, -so I thought, where I thought I did very poor on the field tests. Marcos was somehow able to get my case reduced to a reckless driving diversion which means that my criminal record will be clean after 6 months. I can't believe I got out of this one. --I've definitely learn...ing my lesson and am so grateful for Mr. Garza's help. He was absolutely wonderful during the whole process, kept me informed and always returned my calls right away. I would recommend him to anyone for any criminal or car wreck case.

Outstanding attorney; highly recommend

Mr. Marcos Garza has been representing me now for quite sometime. I have nothing but respect and admiration for the individual. He has continued to give me support and hope during my case. His experience and professionalism within and outside the courtroom have given me hope for brighter days. The ch...arges I have been facing were drastically reduced due to his hardwork and determination; his loyalty and commitment to his client. Criminal defense for felony drug charges

Marcos was a very assertive and effective. He handled my case from all angles and used every resource in order to resolve my legal issues. He granted me the common courtesy and attention required to fight my legal battle. His only objective was to resolve my case to my satisfaction and with the least... amount of legal ramifications possible. I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking legal counsel for a drug or alcohol related charge.

Marcos Garza is the man for the job!

Marcos was a very attentive and authoritative lawyer. He treated my case with care and went to great lengths in order to resolve my legal issues in a timely fashion. He was fair and straight forward with my case and kept me abreast of all my legal issues. He was able to resolve my case with 9 felony ...charges to one misdemanor! I would recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer to fight a felony charge

DUI miracle

I blew a .27 but Marcos got my DUI dismissed on a technicality and saved my livelihood. I reccomend anyone with a DUI to use this great lawyer.
