Go With Him

Summer 2009 started with the worst experience of my life, and thanks to Mr. Garza's help, it ended with one of the best experiences of my life. He fought my DUI case diligently and was extremely prepared when my court trial came along. The outcome was even better than both of us expected, and he had ...his work cut out for him. The hardest factor in the case was my being underage, but that didn't have any affect on his professionalism or the way he treated me personally. I owe a lot to this man. On a side note, ask for extra things you can do to help and DO them. They will do you more good than you think.

Honestly, the BEST available.

I have so much to say about marcos. I'm worried that this may come off as hype. I know how tough it is to believe in the hope of a good lawyer when your facing tough times. Marcos, believe it or not, is a genuinely caring individual, and when he told me he would handle my case as if it were his, I wa...s skeptical, but time and time again, he proved it. To fill you in on the case, I got a DUI in Davidson county. I was charged with denial of breathalyzer (implied consent law). In some counties, it is somewhat possible to work your way out of the loss of license from violation of this law. When we asked around about Nashville, everyone told us you have no chance. VERY experienced attorneys in the Nashville area told us this. It seemed there was no chance. To say I was frightened would be an understatement. However, I had resigned to losing my license. On the day of the court session, after sitting there for a while, Marcos asked me out into the hall and told me he was going for it. He actually enjoys going against the odds, fighting for those he believes in, and believing that there is always a way to win. Marcos successfully plea bargained away my loss of license. He is THE BEST. He was trained by Oberman and has as good a record as anyone in Tennessee for half the price. Give yourself hope, hire him. He knows DUI law back and forth, is continually going to seminars to keep up to date, has an impeccable record, and treats his clients like friends. I was skeptical at first, and scared, but he has become a true friend and I couldn't recommend anyone more.

Lawyer saves the day

Mr. Garza has given my inexperience with attorneys a fantastic first impression. Unsure of what to do about my 2nd offense DUI, I college friend who is also attorney recommended Marcos first and foremost for his skill, knowledge and favorable fees while still being one of the best in his league. He... took my case, worked with me patiently and diligently until we could get the best outcome. We ended up getting an even better outcome than what I think either of us had hoped for or expected. Marcos makes his clients feel very comfortable (or at least as much as possible in these situations) as he is very personable, friendly, respectful and places himself on the level of his fellow man while still maintaining a professionalism that is genuine. I have since called on Marcos for another civil matter not only because he is superb at what he does, but frankly because I like him and I felt like he genuinely liked me. What better of a combination than all that I have mentioned in someone to represent you in the important matters in your life. I have no doubt that Marcos will be the first in his field I will call on in all matters in the future (fingers crossed that there are little to none). I've never been able to say in passing, "oh, so and so is my lawyer.." or "let me talk to my lawyer" but I'll tell you now, I am confident and proud to boast to others, "Marcos Garza is my Lawyer" and friend.

Good Lawyer

Very good lawyer. He knew what he was doing and knew all the right questions to ask me to ensure he had the proper information for the case. A little bit pricey, but very glad to have used him! Obtained a great resolution on my case.
