Best in the world!

When you are facing any legal issue it is scary. In 2013 the THP arrested me on a bogus charge of aggravated assault. The charges were false from the beginning. My accuser made false accusations and lied under oath. And over a 2 year battle, I never went to trial and the case was eventually dismi...ssed all due to Marcos' and his staff's due diligence. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and was there to answer my calls 95% of the time, and if he didn't answer he would usually text or call within a few hours. He is worth every penny and is there for you and truly cares about his clients. I could not ask for a better lawyer or friend!

Thank You Mr. Garza

Mr. Garza was timely and professional throughout this process. Charged with a felony, I did not know where to turn. I reviewed many sites and after reading the reviews on this site I made my mind up. Timely, experienced, and professional are the words I would use to describe Mr. Garza. I was inf...ormed when I needed to be and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. He has a very timely and professional staff and I would recommend them to anyone. If you are in need of representation I highly recommend Mr. Garza. The best news of all is my case was dismissed. He told me from day 1, he could help me even if it took two years. Man of his word!!

Outstandong Performance!

From the moment I picked up the phone and called Marcos's firm I felt relieved. I scheduled my appointment right away and witin a week I was proud to say I hired Marcos's Firm to handle my case. Marco and his crew did a fabulous job of making sure my needs were met the moment my case started. I never... felt like I was alone and nor that I hired a lousy laywer. I cant thank John enough for representing me. He was on my side the whole time and knew eaxctly what to excpect for my outcome. I am more than pleased on how my case turned out. Marcos and his firm did an outstanding job. I highly reccomend them 100%. If i ever need a laywer in my near future I will hire Marco and his firm again.

Outstanding Lawyer

The facts in my case were not in my favor, but Marcos' attention to detail, calm nature, and perseverance gained a favorable outcome for me. During our initial discussions, my wife particularly appreciated how he made us feel comfortable, as well as his explanations and advice. Marcos was always acc...essible and willing to explain the process, options in my case, and recommend next steps to us. His staff has a goal of perfection and it shows. They are an accurate, professional, and hard-working extension of Marcos. I felt they understood what needed to happen in my case and supported that goal. I have to say, a few lawyer friends suggested I engage another attorney in my case, but I am completely satisfied with Marcos as my choice and don’t believe any other attorney could have done better. I truly don't believe any other attorney would have been as persistent or negotiated better to reach a positive outcome.

Two thumbs up

Mr. Garza has been extrememly helpful. He kept me well informed through the entire process and always returned my calls when I left a message with his office staff. Mr. Garza would even go out of his way to return my call late in the afternoon when Im sure he was already home or on his way home from ...work. I completely trusted Garza with my case and I was very well represented. He got me the best results possible and I could'nt be happier with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Garza to anyone!
