A fantastic advocate!

When I was confronted with not just one, but two DUIs (one involving a collision), I turned to Marcos Garza for representation. I initially chose Marcos because of his association with Steve Oberman, a noted DUI attorney. What I discovered was that I had made the best possible choice for my attorne...y. Right from the beginning, Marcos was straight with me on the challenges that we faced (I say we, because I felt from the start that Marcos truly cared about my case.). Now, anyone that knows about DUI, knows that defending 2 simultaneously is not just twice as hard - it's 10 times as hard. Even faced with this difficulty, Marcos was always confident and supportive. I knew the potential outcome could be grim, but I never felt lost throughout the entire process. As a result of his diligent and thorough preparation of my case, and his tireless advocacy on my behalf, he was able to get the charges reduced to one count of 'Reckless driving' and one count of 'following too close'. I could not more highly recommend Marcos Garza to anyone facing the hostile and complex environment of our modern legal system. Marcos is more than just an great attorney, he is truly great to work with.

Outstanding, Loyal and gets results

Mr. Garza is a very knowledgeable attorney. He is very accommodating and consistently keeps you informed about your case. I really appreciate the fact that he doesn’t "sugar coat" anything. He will tell you what the worst results would be and then tell you the results that he really expects. He a...nd his staff are very friendly, professional and they legitimately care about their clients. I would recommend anyone to Mr. Garza. We were very satisfied with the results. People make mistakes and those people learn from their mistakes. Making a mistake is just a part of living and we are glad that Mr. Garza was there to readily assist us during a hard time in our life. We greatly appreciate him!

Very happy with result

I had a good result on my dui case and I would use Marcos again. He is pro-active instead of re-active.

Personable and Effective

A 2nd DUI charge (a first in TN, after a first in another state at just under 5 years ago). Marcos won this case with a reduction to a reckless driving sentence. It was not without some alternative disciplinary actions on me to perform during the following probation and some minimal jail time. ...However, this is a great success and a preservation of licensing and livelihood, especially from being out of state. I am most impressed with Marcos' dedication, and personal attentiveness to the case. He saved my career. He contacted me back and always has the highest concern for all of his cases. I always felt like he had a personal investment into my case for some unknown reason. Without giving too many specifics, he even offered to pick me up more than once from out of state! I'm still amazed by this. Marcos worked for my best interests and worked with the court. He never guaranteed me miracles, and also informed me of realistic outcomes. I feel like he got me the best outcome I could expect, and would recommend him to anyone willing to work with him.

Marcos Garza was terrific!!

Marcos was wonderful. Very understanding, and supportive. I would definitely recommend him as a lawyer. He was a great help to me. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and had a lot of skill at his job.
