BLOOD, SWEAT, AND TEARS...PHENOMINAL LAWYER!!! I HAVE MY LIFE BACK!!

Nov. 18th, 2010---April 11, 2011---May 16, 2011---3 dates that i will never forget. Sat Nov 18th a speeding offense turned into a 2nd DUI. Monday the 20th Mr. Garza took my case at 8pm and handed me the comfort I needed to make through each day. His ability to mix professionalism with friendship i...s beyond what any word can describe. April 11th, we walked into court hopeful for resolution, instead we were notified that the case was amended to a 3rd offense DUI...facing 120 days in jail, the loss of my job, my home and my car. Mr. Garza had the case reset to another date so that he could take another look at the details and put his amazing staff to work. His office staff is amazing to work with even when it comes to the financial compensation of Mr. Garza. They seem to want to work with you no matter what your situation! They made it a pleasure calling his office any time I had questions. Three days ago, 05/16/11, I entered court with Mr. Garza expecting to go to trial, but instead I left court with all charges either recuded to nearly nothing or dismissed all together!!!! It was a "sweetheart of a deal", were his words. If for any reason you think you have no chance...you do!! He finds the innocence in you when the law refuses to!! Mr. Garza, you have given more back to me than you can ever imagine. "Thank you" doesnt describe the gratitude that you are owed.

Personable, Professional and Outstanding

I found Mr. Garza while Googling potential lawyers to help out in my first time DUI case. I gave his office a call and the next day someone on his staff returned my call and helped set up a meeting with Mr. Garza. He along with every member of his staff made me feel warm and comfortable when the ti...me for the meeting came and seemed to genuinely care about me and my case which is something you can't put a price on. Mr. Garza handled my case with the utmost professionalism and always kept me updated on how my case was going; along with any and all pertinent information that I needed to know. The outcome to my case was beyond my wildest dreams and I know that without the hard work of Marcos and his staff it would not have been anywhere near as satisfactory. I can never thank Mr. Garza enough for all he has done for me during this difficult time and I would heartily endorse Marcos and the rest of the Garza Law Firm to anyone in need of legal aid or counsel. Thank you again guys, all of you are great!!!

Calm.. However his presence is powerful!

Mr. Garza was recommended by a friend who went through a similiar situation as myself. From the first day I met him in his office I felt a sense of peace. Mr. Garza's way of being personal made my choice easy. From the moment I hired Mr.Garza he kept me informed with updates. When I had a quest...ion about my case he was responsive! Mr. Garza's cutting edge information gathering is awesome! He was very prepared to handle my case. Nonetheless, his presence in court is second to none. Had two court appearance in which the officer did not show for whatever reason. I believe the officer did not show due to Mr. Garza's excellent information gathering and powerful court presence!!! If your looking for a lawyer that will work hard for you, is trustworthy, responsive, has empathy and is competent look no further Marcos Garza is your lawyer!!!

Most Professional Lawyer

Mr. Garza was not just a lawyer, but a great colleague/friend. I was charged with DUI, but am a diabetic who experienced a high glucose level. I was pulled over driving my spouses new vehicle because I did not have my lights on at dusk. The low lights were on, my car automatically has lights come ...on according to my car sensors. The officer did not pull me over because I was driving dangerously or oddly. He just pulled me over due to lights, but then due to my glucose level being high, he thought that I was under the influence and charged me so. Mr. Garza took care of all matters, I was treated with the utmost respect, unlike with the officer who allowed me to take an insulin shot at the site of arrest, but then took me to the hospital for a BAL test, but did not address the glucose level or address my diabetic treatment. I then was taken to jail, which was a traumatic event that no one should experience. Mr. Garza's professionalism, kindness and caring made a horrible experience turn out in the best possible way it could. I was charged with only the light violation, which is what I was guilty of unknowingly. The additional charges the officer charged me with could have cost me my career and hurt my family in the worst way was dropped. I would recommend Mr. Garza for any type of legal assistance in these areas. He was wonderfull and took care of everything in a quick, professional, and empathetic way. I felt confident upon meeting with Mr. Garza that my situation would be handled in the best way and it was. My last payment to Mr. Garza was sent with a Thank You card. My experience ended up being handled in the best way possible under the circumstances. I would definitely use him if the need ever arose, hopefully I won't ever experience that type of situation again. Thanks Mr. Garza I really appreciate your efforts in handling my case.
