Very professional, intelligent, caring, concerned, and knowledgable.

I called the office on Thurs. afternoon and had an appointment for the next day, which I liked...no waiting. The staff was very helpful, kind, knowledgable, and answered my questions quickly. Mr. Garza made me feel at ease with his interest and concern for my case. He was never in a hurry and did not... make me feel like he had other more important cases. Mr. Garza told me specifically what I needed to do, before the court appearance, to help my case. He also told me what to expect. Because of Mr. Garza, my case will be dismissed.

Marcos was a good decision after my bad decision.

When you find yourself on the business end of a DUI, you need a friend in your corner. After you thank God everyone is OK, kick yourself for your choices, and stress over your name being in the paper...you NEED to get an attorney (no matter what anyone else tells you!). Marcos, was always helpful, ne...ver judgmental and always returned my calls quickly. We talked on multiple occasions about my defense options and although the evidence seems sure, he made me more comfortable. In my case, I had submitted to a blood test that had came back almost double the legal limit. I thought that would seal the charges and become part of my permanent record. Marcos told it to me straight and didn't give me any false hopes, but with his extensive training, thorough investigation of the police evidence, and professional candor in the court room...I was able to plea to reckless driving with DUI school and some probation. I can tell you with certainty Marcos will do everything he can to help you. And my case proves that there is hope even with substantial evidence against you. I was so relieved to be able to keep my license, avoid jail time, and avoid high risk insurance. As far as DUI, I have learned my lesson...but I would never hesitate to call Marcos anytime I need help.

great attorney!

Went to court yesterday and he got my charge dismissed and will take care of expunging my record for me. He treats his clients like family and really cares about people. He set up a payment plan for me so I did not have to pay for it up front. I can't imagine having to go into a court room without... him. It was a blessing that I found his law firm. Also, when I called to make an appointment with him his legal assistant Shannon got me in that day and he even offered to stay late if I needed him too. Shannon was also a big help through my ordeal. She made me feel better about the situation and kept assuring me that "Marcos is very good at what he does." She was correct. I feel like he really fought for me and I am very pleased with my outcome.

As good as it gets...........Extraordinary attorney........Money well spent

I originally hired an attorney in Loudon, TN. Following the 1st hearing, all looked hopeless. It looked like I was going to lose my license & my job. The attorney I was working with had no direction and was too arrogant to even return phone calls. I decided to shop around for another attorney and... thankfully I found Mr. Garza. Mr Garza was very positive throughout the process. He let me know from the beginning he would do his best to come up with a favorable outcome and he delivered. He was very personable and he made me feel more at ease about the situation right from the beginning. Mr Garza is a classy individual and I cannot put into words how truly thankful I am to have had him represent me throughout this experience. Do not let money be a factor. You get what you pay for. I wasted more money paying a inept attorney at the beginning of this process and had to start all over. The money I paid Mr. Garza was one of the most valuable purchases of my life. Thank you Mr Garza

Superb

I was charged with DUI, implied consent, and two traffic violations. My first court date, Marcos was deathly ill but still showed up to reassure me and reschedule. The next court date consisted of a hearing in which Marcos performed brilliantly. I was given a highly unfavorable plea agreement at firs...t and we decided to fight. Just one probable cause hearing was all he needed. My DUI charge was dismissed and highly favorable conditions were negotiated with regard to my implied consent charge. I can still drive unrestricted and the DUI is now out of the picture. I highly recommend Marcos. When you first appear in his office, he's a caring angel to allay your fears. When he's delivering news, he's honest and straightforward. When it's time to fight, he's an absolute beast. Brilliant cross examination, the nerves of steel needed to handle a very aggressive prosecutor, and a thorough understanding of the law were but a few of his talents put to work during my hearing. Every lawyer is a "hired gun" and so is Marcos, but he's the right "mercenary" for the job. He genuinely empathizes with your situation and will always struggle to obtain an optimal result. When you're terminally ill, you find the best doctor possible. When you're facing the full force of the State's wrath, you hire Mr. Garza. I recommend his services without reservation or caveat. His clients, myself included, are privileged to have such competent and aggressive representation.
