Marcos Garza's Review

I have never had any need to work with a lawyer up until the past 3-4 months. I turned 21 years old about 7 months ago and had already been arrested for suspicion of DUI. Mr. Garza had been recommended to me by a family member who spoke very highly of him so I called his office to schedule an appoint...ment. Being young and fairly ignorant on the matter, I had no idea of what to expect and I was very nervous. The first meeting with Mr. Garza went very well for me. He explained everything to me in ways that I could understand (instead of using difficult lawyer jargon) and this helped put to ease some of my nervousness. He even had visual aids to give me that helped me understand the situation and what was going to happen much easier.I knew during this first meeting that he would be the attorney I would hire to handle my case because of his thorough knowledge on the matter and he made me feel like an equal to him as opposed to just another case to make money off of. In the end, everyting turned out about as best as possible. Mr. Garza throughout the whole ordeal kept me from worrying and really put my nervousness at ease.He kept me informed on what they were doing and what was going on throughout the whole case and in the end it turned out about as best as possible.

he gets the job done

i found marcos on the internet after my son had a dui offence in tennessee. i live out of state, so you can imagine how difficult is was to choose an attorney via the internet. however, after calling and interviewing several lawyers, marcos was the attorney that we felt best suited our needs. it is ...a unique opportunity when you can feel confident with someone you haven't met in person and only spoke with on the phone. i was not led to believe that the case was guaranteed with outstanding results, i was told that he would defend my son and treat his case the same way he would treat his own son. and he did....and we WON!!!!

Worth every penny!

I was arrested for multiple charges a few months ago (DUI, underage consumption, failure to provide proof of insurance, speeding, and failure to maintain lane). Upon being arrested, I was taken to take a blood sample which came back as a .12 (which is .10 over my legal limit since I'm under 21). I wa...s devastated! I work and attend college so how was I supposed to go on with no drivers license?!? I decided to fight this case since there were quite a few things that seemed fishy about my arrest. That's when I decided to hire Marcos Garza. After contacting several attorneys, no one seemed to have faith that I could get very far with this. Marcos was very different. Once I explained my situation to him, he immediately told me what he would try to do for me and was enthusiastic about it. He's an all around awesome guy! Most people think of lawyers as arrogant and cocky, but Marcos does not fit the bill. He is a very down to earth guy, treats you as if you're a close friend of his, and keeps you posted on what he is planning on doing with your case. Marcos is very intelligent, but also has a nice sense of humor which helps out tons when you are stressed over your situation. At first glimpse, I was hesitant to hire him because he is more expensive than the other lawyers I contacted, but after sitting down with him in his office I was positive that he was my best chance of winning my case. DO NOT let money keep you from hiring him! He's worth every single penny! I ended up getting off with a reckless driving and 180 days on a scram monitor. It's not the most pleasant thing to wear, but it keeps my freedom. All of the other charges were dropped and expunged. I didn't even have to pay any fines, just my court costs and cost of the scram monitor! I honestly feel that no other lawyer could have talked the DA down that much since there wasn't much evidence in my case to fight back with. Marcos is the best out there. I would recommend him to anyone!

TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONAL, MONEY WELL SPENT !

I HIRED MARCOS GARZA FOR MY SON'S DUI CASE AND HE WAS THE BEST PERSON TO HANDLE HIS CASE. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARES ABOUT EACH AND EVERY CLIENT THAT HE REPRESENTS. ANY OTHER LAWYER MY SON WOULD HAD GOT CHARGED WITH THE DUI , BUT MARCOS GOT IT REDUCED TO A RECLESS DRIVING AND 6 MONTHS PROBATIO...N. I THINK YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG WITH HIM. I AM GLAD WE USED HIM AND WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. IF YOU DO NOT USE MARCOS YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE BEST DEFENSE THAT YOU COULD HAVE. GREAT PERSON THAT CARES.

A wonderful lawyer

Holy crap!!!!! Left court today and I honestly feel like I have won the lottery. Marcos was absolutely amazing. He really does care....no seriously...he does! Always prompt with returning calls and e-mails. He has an omnicient way about him, knowing what the DA is going to say/do, and having a back u...p to retailiate. I was charge with 1st offense DUI/Implied Consent/ Speeding/ Running a redlight/ FELONY vandalism.....that is quite the list for someone who has NEVER been in trouble/arrested before. And the tropoper who nailed me, was well known....needless to say, I was terrified. Marcos took wonderful care of me and my case. He was a true friend with me through it all!!! I walked out of court today completely amazed, Marcos was so prepared, so well- prepared, that we didn't even have to have a hearing---I walked away, with my DUI dismissed, felony dismissed, with the condition of un-supervised probation, traffic charges dismissed......I do have to take the implied consent, but that is a slam dunk compared to what I was facing. I can get one of "those" devices installed in my car so that I can still drive any where I want. It's more than I ever expected. HIRE MARCOS GARZA!!!!!!!! HE IS YOUR BEST CHANCE. Thank you Marcos, I will never forget you!!!!!!!!
