Hard working

Hard working lawyer! Made a bad situation as good as it could be. DA settled out of court, my interpretation was that she thought his chances would have been better than hers at winning.

The right man for the job

Faced with an out of state DUI in a town known to have tough laws and penalties, Mr. Garza was able to reduce a third offense DUI to a first offense DUI all while having his investigative staff identify every piece of evidence that could be obtained. His thorough and complete investigation and def...ense allowed me to return home and every concession was made to allow me to take care of the penalties in my home state. Mr. Garza conducted himself in a manner that most attorneys should study and benefit from. He has a great military bearing and presence. You will surely be glad to have him on your side during tough times.

He treated my children like his own

We hired Mr. Garza to represent my son and daughter in law in June. He and his staff were so courteous and professional with us. We all live out of town and he made arrangements to meet us after hours. Mr. Garza was honest and straight forward with us from the beginning. The outcome as better than... we expected due to his diligence and hard work on the case. I would recommend this fine lawyer to anyone who needs help. He treated my children as if it were his own. It was a refreshing experience is a most stressful time. He made time to answer any question whether small or large, He walked us through the entire case and let us know what would happen during each step so that there were no surprises. One Of A Kind, Worth Every Dime

Marcos was very professional from the time he met me the Saturday morning after I had my run in with The Law, until I walked out of the courthouse with a lesser charge. He met with my parents and I the Sunday before my trial to prepare for the following day, and to run through some theoretical outcom...es. Not only did HE come prepared, but he had other associates and investigators involved in my case there to brainstorm and gather more evidence to make my case stronger. The meeting ended up lasting nearly three hours and upon leaving, we all had more confidence in my case. The Garza Law Firm is 100% driven to do what's right for their clients. It is an honor to be associated with Marcos Garza. We recently met with Mr. Garza on a recent Sunday afternoon, despite unfortunate personal circumstance, for a pre-trial consultation.
