Very satisfied

I recommend Marcos and his team, he helped me with my driving related offenses, I am very please with my experience. I felt confident knowing he was handling my case, I was VERY pleased with my outcome and would definitely choose him to represent me in the future.

First Offense Reduced

When faced with my first offense, I did a lot of research on the law. Tennessee law has become extremely stern concerning DUI convictions. Regardless if you have no prior criminal record… you have no legal recourse to a conviction without excellent defense lawyer. Before I retained the services o...f Mr. Garza, I hired a local lawyer that did nothing. The district attorney was unwilling to entertain any plea other than conviction. I was very upset with the situation. I located Mr. Garza on this website and read all of the positive reviews. I contacted Mr. Garza and explained the details of my case. Mr. Garza and his staff were very supportive and diligent in assembling the evidence and providing a defense for my specific case. Mr. Garza did get cooperation from the district attorney. My charges have been reduced. If you find yourself facing DUI charges, I recommend you contact Garza Law.

Excellent Lawyer !!!

Mr. Garza was hired by my brother who was charged with DUI, but we believed that he is innocent. Garza battled his way with a stubborn Judge and managed to points out all the points that counts toward my brother. Also, managed to show the DA and the officer, who did the arrest, that they are at ver...y week spot. He was very truthful with us and got us involved in the decisions and planes he might take. The big shift really happened when he got my brother to testify and ask him questions that proves his innocence. The Judge finally convinced and the DA had to switch gears. Finally, the Judge gave him a reckless driving driving to be removed after short period and dismissed the DUI case. Great Job !!!
