The Garza Law Firm - Brilliant and Superior Advocates

Marcos Garza is My True Life Hero! He is a gifted Attorney that controls the courtroom. He obtained a DUI Dismissal on my behalf during a David and Goliath hearing. He is truly a man of integrity and genuine compassion. He was very attentive to my needs and requested throughout a two year battle.... I respect an admire the caliber of law professional he is, which I don't say lightly. His staff is very competent and have always been very helpful. Securing his services was one of the best decisions I've made. I can't express my gratitude enough for his help. Do not hesitate choosing this team!

A Miracle Worker

If I hadn't have seen this process with my own eyes, I would not have believed it. He was able to get my youngest son's DUI dismissed to Reckless Driving in Loudon County. This was his first offense and hopefully his last. Marcos himself is very impressive as are all his associates. These guy...s have the knowledge, experience, respect, and relationship with the court system and judges to help someone overcome a big mistake without paying the consequences for years to come. He is not cheap, but definitely worth very penny to keep a DUI off your record. If you DO NOT want a DUI on your record, then this is DEFINITELY your guy. HANDS DOWN...THE BEST AROUND!!!

The best attorney in Knoxville. I have used several attorneies over the years.well worth his fees.also the nicest man I have ever met. Words can not explain his ability he comands in a court room.don't look no further than Marcos Garza.

Best in the world!

When you are facing any legal issue it is scary. In 2013 the THP arrested me on a bogus charge of aggravated assault. The charges were false from the beginning. My accuser made false accusations and lied under oath. And over a 2 year battle, I never went to trial and the case was eventually dismi...ssed all due to Marcos' and his staff's due diligence. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and was there to answer my calls 95% of the time, and if he didn't answer he would usually text or call within a few hours. He is worth every penny and is there for you and truly cares about his clients. I could not ask for a better lawyer or friend!

absolutely the best lawyer

i was picked up 1 and 1 half hour after an auto accident for 3rd offence dui by thp. he handled it with an utmost professional manner and amazed the whole court room with his results. i would reccomend him to anyone who wants to win their case. absolutely positively the best attorney ever
