Thoughtful Excellent Attorney

How Marcos helped me

From the moment I met Mr. Garza he seemed to be a very genuine and caring fellow. He had a real interest in my problems and worked hard for me to solve them. He was very easy to get a hold of and would answer any questions I had. He fought for me and won.

Family circle

I found myself in a situation I'd never imagined to be in. I didn't have time to search and compare so I went with the first lawyer I could get a consultation with. Needless to say when I selected Garza Law Firm I was rushed and stressed. Couldn't ask for a more dedicated, diligent, and determined lawyer

Marcos Garza did a fantastic job representing me on not just one occasion, but (unfortunately) on multiple occasions. He treated each and every case with care, always kept me informed and was honest with me about the reality of the situation. He was beyond reasonable with working with me on a payment... plan. In 2010 I was charged with a DUI and he was able to get the charge reduced to a reckless driving. From there I continued to make poor decisions in my life which led to regrettable consequences. In 2012 I was charged with paraphernalia, simple possession, and shop lifting. Once again Mr. Garza was there to represent me and I honestly did not want anyone else. Through his hard work I was able to get into a treatment program. Less than a year later I violated my probation with another shop lifting charge and even when he had no obligation to assist Marcos Garza stepped in to help me with my case. I served only a short time in jail when in reality it probably should have been a lot longer. I honestly appreciate the dedication and the thoroughness exhibited by Mr. Garza and his team, who always made me feel comfortable and at ease despite my circumstances. My life today has made a complete 180 and I am staying out of trouble, but I owe a huge part of my success in life to Mr. Garza. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Personal Injury Case

I was involved in a minor car accident and initially decided to forgo legal representation. Despite having a police report showing the other driver was at fault, I could not get anyone from the other drivers insurance company to return my calls. I ended up having to use my own insurance company to ge...t a rental car and have my damaged vehicle repaired.
