My divorce was set to go through and then I had some changes occur. Simple ones. Changed job, income, things like that. It took the office months to put these changes into my documents and then when they finally did it was wrong. They put my house number incorrect into my official agreement, I told t...hem it was wrong, then went to the office to sign and it was still wrong and they had to change it there. Also when my final papers came in the Mail it was addressed to a name and a last name that was not mine. Couldn’t even take the time to put the right name on the form, just copied and pasted. Careless and just seems like they don’t care

Hard to judge any company while in "the year of covid" but Biloski and her team did fine by me. One time the web portal was glitchy, but nothing a quick call to their office didn't correct. Response times vary depending on the duties of the day and workload of the office, which is to be expected.... Lauren does respond on weekends, btw. Office staff was always pleasant and helpful.
