I called James based on the reviews on this site. He missed the call because he was in court and personally called me back before the end of the day. He called me back, not his secretary or anyone else, which I found refreshing. We set up a meeting and while meeting with me he actively took notes and... sincerely listened to my case details. We then ironed out a plan based on my intentions (that's right, he pursued things the way I wanted and not just "his" way). He was up front about the costs and made everything a breeze. When things were close to getting ugly, he proved able to stand toe to toe with anyone based on the law. In the end, it was his last second tactical counter that got me exactly what I was hoping for, equal time with my kids. I couldn't be more appreciative of his effort and his knowledge of the law. In the end, you better hire him before the other side does; you will not be disappointed!
