Great Lawyer

Roger is the best !!! I had an absolute crazy person try to ruin my life and he took care of me . All charges were dropped and he knows his stuff. Not like other lawyers as he is very compassionate and actually cared . Hopefully I will never have to use a lawyer again , but if I do it’s him !!!

A superhero in a unjust world

Worth every penny..he had my case dismissed when the public pretender wanted me to plea guilty when i had the evidence that i was innocent of alleged charges... want to have a good day in court??? BRING ROGER DAY WITH YOU

Roger Day is the BEST!!!

Roger Day came to court for other clients. I spoke with him about my case which was Identity theft, Forgery, theft,& possession. He didn't have a file on me. He took care of me regardless and the felonybcharges were dismissed and all in all, I got charged w/simple possession. He's a GENIUS! If you ...need a criminal lawyer, Roger Day is your man!! Hands down the best.

Thank you for keeping me out of jail.

This man saved me from spending along time in jail. I was charged with embezzlement over 10000. This man fought a long hard battle for me, and my charge was dropped from a massive felony. Down to a misdemeanor, theft under 500. I am blessed to have worked with this man, and I am very impressed ...with his hard work. I would recommend this attorney over any in the tri-cites area.
