Andrea D Hayduk

Ms. Hayduk is a very experienced and highly rated criminal defense and DUI defense attorney, who has recently expanded her practice to include all areas of civil litigation. 

Prior to her recent employment at Mckoon, Williams, Atchley and Stulce, she was the managing partner in the firm Best Hayduk Brock, PLLC (currently Best & Brock) and Farinash & Hayduk, and has been zealously representing clients since 2002. 

Ms. Hayduk is a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association and is also on the board of directors of that organization.  She serves on the board of the Tennessee Innocence Project, and is passionate about innocence work and post-conviction work.  Ms. Hayduk is among the very few Tennessee lawyers who have completed a 24 hour course in the administration of NHTSA's standardized field sobriety tests. She later attended a 32 hour instructor's course, and a course in Advanced Roadside Impairment Driving Enforcement.  She has co-instructed three NHTSA based classes for other lawyers.  She has attended two courses in gas chromatography at Axion Labs in Chicago to further her ability to address issues with blood testing for alcohol and drugs in DUI cases.  She is constantly working with defense lawyers nationwide to remain abreast of cutting edge defenses in DUI and criminal cases.
