Meredith Ziebold impressed me greatly from initial contact up to the very happy ending. It's obvious that she cares a great deal about her clients but it's the respect she's earned from literally everyone I've seen her interact with that blew me away. She is extremely poised in the courtroom and well liked. Do yourself a favor and get the best DUI lawyer in town, the magnificent Meredith Ziebold.

Recently I found myself in a legal jam. I went online in search of a lawyer and I found Meredith Ziebold's website. On her web page she spoke to legal situations in a very personal and humanistic way. I knew right then she was who I needed to represent me. When met with and explained my situation she told me she has had lot of success in getting favorable resolutions in cases such as mine but couldn't guarantee anything but assured me she would she would do everything in her power to obtain a favorable outcome. Well she got the case dismissed and record expunged before I was ever booked. Can't get any favorable than that. Thank You Meredith.

Meredith Ziebold is a great lawyer and a great person! I was in a car accident, which broke my back. I was referred to Meredith and heard good comments about her. During my entire case she genuinly cared about helping me.
Meredith always promptly responded to my questions, phone calls, and emails. Each time she made sure I understood every detail of my case. The advice she gave me about my options allowed me to make the best decisions for myself.
From the beginning, Meredith always reassured me she would put more money in my pocket than hers, which she did by adjusting her profits lower to benefit me. She helped me make money from two insurance policies knowing she would not receive benefit from it.
Meredith made this hard time bearable for me mentally and financially. She is a genuine, down to earth person. I trust her and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an amazing lawyer!

She is professional and knows how to get things done.

Meredith Ziebold is an exception attorney. She handled all of my questions and was able to explain potential outcomes in my case in a realistic and honest manner. There was never a time that I felt unsure of what might happen due to everything being explained upfront. I would recommend Meredith to anyone that may need services in this area.

Meredith was extremely professional, she did not give me false hope with my charges, yet always kind. She was able to get my case entirely dismissed and my record expunged. It was certainly a unique situation but she never promised me anything. Her connections and the people she knows in the court are a huge asset. It took us about three weeks to complete the whole process. I would certainly recommend you talk with Meredith and take whatever advice she gives you. She's amazing at her job.

I hired Meredith to assist with a DUI that I received. I was very hesitant about spending the money on an attorney because I really saw no hope in getting out of my DUI. She let me know up front that I had an uphill battle, but she charged on through for me and won that battle. She is an excellent attorney and fights hard for her clients. I will recommend her to anyone who needs help.

I found myself in a position that required representation after being arrested for DWI just over the state line in Walker County, GA.
I called the only attorney I had used before hoping for an attorney I knew I was comfortable with. However, I found that focusing on cases in Tennessee, they were not licensed for GA. So, I then did some online research to find someone in or near Chatt that could help me. With a list of about 5 numbers, I started calling. All but one of the receptionists took my name and number indicating they would call back with a time that the lawyer could meet me. Those meetings were from two to four weeks out. But, I was in a hurry. I didn't want to wait that long just to find out that I didn't want to hire someone! I was able to speak to one attorney on a first call. While he, too, wasn't licenses for GA; he gave a professional referral that I call Mrs Ziebold based off of his knowledge of her experience. When I did, I was able to hear back from her rather quickly. Considering, I wanted to get moving and she was highly recommended, we set an initial consultation.
Looking back, that process seems somewhat rushed or wreck less. However, Mrs Ziebold had a way off making me comfortable in a situation that is embarrassing and frustrating. She thought of and asked many questions that might not have applied to my case. But, that showed me she is thorough. The consultation was rather long and she never rushed me out of there or to make a decision.
To hire her took a set fee or the case- no matter how quick or how drawn out it was. I always thought that was a risky agreement for the client. But, I guess it is, too, for the attorney. Since previously talking to the other receptionists, it seemed pretty typical for this type of case. I'm sure that's a standard way to charge derived through experiences the legal industry has lived through by representing DWI charges. I say all that because I believe my case was one that ended up being postponed with many mornings in court and arroused frustration from me. Yet, Mrs Ziebold was consistently optimistic, professional, and diligent. In the end, we entered the court room with a picture of what we both believed was a best-case scenario. That best case scenario was the ruling. Her diligence paid off. Not for her- because she was already paid...but for me. She didn't waste time, but she took as much time as she thought needed. That seemed to be just the right amount.
So, in summary...she was prompt, she was understanding and comfortable, her fee was fair, and she was thorough. I don't ever want to need her again (or any attorney for that matter). But, I highly recommend her.

"I hired Meredith Ziebold about 3 years ago when I was charged with rape. My charge resulted from a consensual encounter at my workplace. The woman with whom I was intimate later claimed our encounter was not consensual. Ms. Ziebold investigated the case and, through surveillance video, phone records, and other evidence, was able to show that my accuser was lying. Ms. Ziebold was able to get the case dismissed. Ms. Ziebold understood that the charge against me affected my career, my life, and my family, and she cared about getting the right outcome. I consider her not only a great lawyer but I now consider her a friend. I recommend Ms. Ziebold to anyone who finds themselves accused of a crime, especially one so emotionally charged”

Given that I made a poor judgment call in my decision to have consensual sexual contact with a patient at work. Then have her basically set me up to be able to accused me of rape, a decision that I will forever live with and that changed my life, career and family. I was able to trust Ms. Ziebold with all the facts of what happened that night and let her defend me in the court of law and represent me. The situation was very hard traumatizing on a personal level, that Ms. Ziebold was able to present the truth with evidence of phone records, text messages and video in court and proved me innocent. I consider a friend now bc she has come to know the real me no bullshit. My best advice is to be completely open with her because she will do her job and that is to win your case.
