A lawyer with Genuine concern for her clients

Ms Ziebold dealt with all issues with earnest and legitimate care. We were not treated like robots that were giving funds for the next vacation. She is knowledgeable of current tristate laws governing options for legal and criminal offenses. I highly recommend Merideth Ziebold to defend and stand ...for your rights in any Court of Law.

Amazing lawyer

Meredith Ziebold is a great lawyer and a great person! I was in a car accident, which broke my back. I was referred to Meredith and heard good comments about her. During my entire case she genuinly cared about helping me. Meredith always promptly responded to my questions, phone calls, and emails.... Each time she made sure I understood every detail of my case. The advice she gave me about my options allowed me to make the best decisions for myself. From the beginning, Meredith always reassured me she would put more money in my pocket than hers, which she did by adjusting her profits lower to benefit me. She helped me make money from two insurance policies knowing she would not receive benefit from it. Meredith made this hard time bearable for me mentally and financially. She is a genuine, down to earth person. I trust her and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an amazing lawyer!

My thoughts

I found myself in a position that required representation after being arrested for DWI just over the state line in Walker County, GA. I called the only attorney I had used before hoping for an attorney I knew I was comfortable with. However, I found that focusing on cases in Tennessee, they were... not licensed for GA. So, I then did some online research to find someone in or near Chatt that could help me. With a list of about 5 numbers, I started calling. All but one of the receptionists took my name and number indicating they would call back with a time that the lawyer could meet me. Those meetings were from two to four weeks out. But, I was in a hurry. I didn't want to wait that long just to find out that I didn't want to hire someone! I was able to speak to one attorney on a first call. While he, too, wasn't licenses for GA; he gave a professional referral that I call Mrs Ziebold based off of his knowledge of her experience. When I did, I was able to hear back from her rather quickly. Considering, I wanted to get moving and she was highly recommended, we set an initial consultation. Looking back, that process seems somewhat rushed or wreck less. However, Mrs Ziebold had a way off making me comfortable in a situation that is embarrassing and frustrating. She thought of and asked many questions that might not have applied to my case. But, that showed me she is thorough. The consultation was rather long and she never rushed me out of there or to make a decision. To hire her took a set fee or the case- no matter how quick or how drawn out it was. I always thought that was a risky agreement for the client. But, I guess it is, too, for the attorney. Since previously talking to the other receptionists, it seemed pretty typical for this type of case. I'm sure that's a standard way to charge derived through experiences the legal industry has lived through by representing DWI charges. I say all that because I believe my case was one that ended up being postponed with many mornings in court and arroused frustration from me. Yet, Mrs Ziebold was consistently optimistic, professional, and diligent. In the end, we entered the court room with a picture of what we both believed was a best-case scenario. That best case scenario was the ruling. Her diligence paid off. Not for her- because she was already paid...but for me. She didn't waste time, but she took as much time as she thought needed. That seemed to be just the right amount. So, in summary...she was prompt, she was understanding and comfortable, her fee was fair, and she was thorough. I don't ever want to need her again (or any attorney for that matter). But, I highly recommend her.
