Given that I made a poor judgment call in my decision to have consensual sexual contact with a patient at work. Then have her basically set me up to be able to accused me of rape, a decision that I will forever live with and that changed my life, career and family. I was able to trust Ms. Ziebold w...ith all the facts of what happened that night and let her defend me in the court of law and represent me. The situation was very hard traumatizing on a personal level, that Ms. Ziebold was able to present the truth with evidence of phone records, text messages and video in court and proved me innocent. I consider a friend now bc she has come to know the real me no bullshit. My best advice is to be completely open with her because she will do her job and that is to win your case.
