Given that I made a poor judgment call in my decision to have consensual sexual contact with a patient at work. Then have her basically set me up to be able to accused me of rape, a decision that I will forever live with and that changed my life, career and family. The situation was very hard traumatizing on a personal level, that Ms. Ziebold was able to present the truth with evidence of phone records, text messages and video in court and proved me innocent.
