A Tragic Blessing...
I'm going to set the scene for you before passing my judgement of Mr. Randy Rogers on to you... I had already invested 13 grand into my previous attorney when my case was bound over to circuit court, or "the big court". I'm not going to state the name of my previous attorney out of respect for the situation... You'll understand why in a moment. My former attorney was a talented trial lawyer with an AVVO rating of a perfect ten, however, I quickly found he was NOT the most aggressive wolf in the pack. Following the majority of my office visits with him, I found myself feeling discouraged, panicky, and unsure as to the direction my defense was headed. Now...I DON'T need my attorney to dish out heaping bowls of empty promises, nor do I want them painting an unrealistic picture of a "happy little client" with nothing to worry about. I do, however, need to feel confident in my attorney's ability to defend me appropriately against the allegations I am facing. I believe the success of every defense attorney is determined by their ability to leave each client feeling comfortable and encouraged, not only by their attorney's knowledge of the law, but also their ability to apply that knowledge in the court room. As the case was bound over, I got the call that my previous attorney had passed away unexpectedly. What the hell was I going to do now?! Enter Randy Rogers. Randy took my case with only days to prepare. Not only were his services more than fairly priced, he offered a fresh new aggressive approach to my case. His presence in the courtroom is everything you could hope for in a trial attorney, and his understanding of the law is a cut above the majority of his peers. I highly recommend Attny Randy Rogers and son Attny Matthew Rogers in Athens, TN. My hard earned money was well-spent with their law firm. Grateful, Knoxville, TN
