I was arrested for a second offense DUI and had been offered 45 days in jail. I'm a small business owner and that kind of jail time would have put me out of business and into bankruptcy. Russell got a video of my initial stop and filed a motion to suppress. The prosecutor dropped his offer from 45 days in jail to 48 hours in jail and I was thrilled. Thanks Russell, I don't know what I would have done without you.

I was arrested for a first offense DUI. I didn't have that much too drink and thought I passed the cops tests, but he arrested me anyway. I thought I could handle this myself and that turned out to be a big mistake. I went to court by myself and was told I would have to plead guilty and go to jail and that it would never come off my record. The prosecutor made a big deal out of the fact that I told the police I took prescription mediciation. The judge gave me some time to hire a lawyer and I called Mr. Thomas. He reviewed lab reports and talked to my doctor and took all that information to the DA. He got the charges dropped after a couple of more court dates.

I was facing a 2nd Offense DUI charge and had been offered 45 days in jail. I hired Mr. Thomas to fight my case. He undercovered a lot of information about my arresting officer getting in trouble various times with his department and persuaded the DA to drop my charges. I went from looking at six weeks in jail and losing my job to having my charges dropped completely. I can't thank Mr. Thomas enough. He was worth every penny. We fought the case a long time and he was always very patient and kept me informed about what was going on.
