Knowledgeable, reliable, personable

From the beginning, Mr. Bartlett was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions pertaining to my case as well as other questions that I needed answered just for “self awareness”. He was willing to explain in detail how the court proceedings would work, what outcomes I may face, as well as ...just having a normal conversation to get to know you. I recommended Mr. Bartlett to anyone in need of DUI help (other matters I am not aware of). He will do his best to get you the best outcome possible. Thank you, Mr. Bartlett, I cant say that enough.

Criminal Charges

If you’re looking for a hardworking determined lawyer, Mr. Barlett is the one to go to. He got my cased dissmissed within four months and had a felony expunged within a month prior. By far the best lawyer I town!

DUI case

I arranged a meeting with Kurt after my initial DUI arrest and explained my goals in the case and he helped guide me in the steps it would take to get the results I wanted. He was very patient and helped my situation a lot. I would recommend him as a lawyer as he knows the court system very well.
