Why a review? After all he was paid for his services and when the verdict is read and the hand shakes go out, most people just want to go home and forget the drama. Kurt Bartlett deserves more than just a hand shake. My choice to have him represent me last year for a criminal charge was due to his i...mpressive credentials, especially his former work as a metro police sergent. I think this experience gives him real life knowledge that other attorneys lack. Although the DA was being very difficult, Kurt had no trouble getting this dismissed. He was later retained to represent a family member in two separate probation violation charges. There was little hope of her avoiding a lengthy sentence and the loss of her children. As others have indicated the results were far better than expected. After being refused by the judge during five court dates, Kurt was able to get a reduction in sentence and freedom to attend a Renewal program. My experiance with most attorneys has left me vowed never to hire them again with Kurt being the exception.
