If you want the BEST!

If you need an attorney who is honest, thorough, extremely knowledgeable AND YOU NEED THE BEST......look no further than Sherwood Boutique Litigation! I was in a mess and losing what should have been a far simpler case than it ended up being .....a case I certainly would have lost......until I repla...ced my former lawyer with Cynthia Sherwood! She completely turned my case around and really went right to the heart of my case, and WON an astounding, unanimous verdict.....after having to completely revamp my case in a very short period of time! This is absolutely the lawyer you want representing you.

Cynthia represented me on a very important case regarding my freedom of speech. To keep this concise – I was unlawfully arrested by Tennessee Highway Patrol. THP was absolutely aware that they had no grounds for my arrest, they even commented about how they were just following orders. I was pretty fu...rious. After calling several lawyers, I chose Cynthia to represent me because I could see how upset she was about the unlawful nature of my arrest. The circumstances made her as determined as I was to find some kind of justice. She handled my case with the utmost care and was able to get my charge dismissed. This is the lawyer you want!! She treated my case with such dedication & honestly she did not get much out of it other than getting me off the hook. But for that i am so grateful. Cynthia if you see this thank you again!! I would hire her again or recommend her in a heart beat.

Cynthia Sherwood

Cynthia was essential to the charges being dismissed and the cases dropped. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable regarding the legal aspects, she was very personable and reassuring. I can't imagine having a more committed advocate during such a stressful time.

If you are in need to hire a law firm, you owe it to yourself to read this entire statement. When you feel that you are writing a review of a family member instead of a law firm, you realize that you found a needle in a hay stack , something truly unique. The firm’s and Cynthia’s reputation as ...the best in Nashville and years of experience speaks loudly of their qualifications which, if anything, are humbly understated. I went through a stressful, very emotional and difficult period of over a year with tumultuous up and downs and Cynthia, and later Davis, were always there supporting, cajoling and advising at a level that sometime even family members are unable to reach. Life, conflicts or even sometime the legal system, can go against you when you least expect it and then is when you need true experts. As a professional executive business coach, I know what personalized attention should be, but the level of support I received was exceptional. The amount of legal work during and after hours including weekends, e mails, texts, phone calls and meetings practically guaranteed winning my (our?) case. Cynthia many times understood what I felt better than I did and was there throughout this whole period with such empathy that made me realize I had someone that cared always available and attentive . A Super Lawyer! Just being greeted by Brook at the front door makes me comfortable, knowing she represents the rest of the team, a firm with a superb leadership, a culture of values and a flexible holistic approach aligned to the client’s needs. When Cynthia was not available for a period of time, I was very nervous but Davis Griffin stepped in with such enthusiasm and hard work that I couldn’t be more satisfied with his performance. I was awarded my Order of Protection against a person that kept stating he always got off because of his money, but there is faith and trust to counter that. When this firm gets involved, the only drive on their mind is winning and justice. The thickness of the folder Davis brought to court got him a snide remark from the opposite lawyer.He found out why it was so thick later when we did win. Cov 19 or not, leaving the court, I wanted to hug all of them. I found real friends. 5 stars plus, plus, plus. I would recommend Sherwood Boutique Litigation to anyone in need.
