Mr. Stephenson was able to get my charge knocked down from a dui which involved an accident with another vehicle to reckless with only 6 months probation and i had to sit through 2 classes. Also the reckless charge can be expunged after 5 years. His knowledge of the system and especially the judges..., DA, and ADA'S give him the ability to work cases in ways that other lawyers cant.
