I called Bart Durham's office but they said that they could not help I was injured and had to have surgery on my arm in two locations. Got with mister witherton and once he found out my situation he was like I can definitely help you. Was such a great experience with him and his legal team. Never at ...one time did they not return a phone call or answer the phone whenever I did call. Nor if I had a question did it take days for them to get back with an answer. I have used Bart Durham office before I will not recommend him to anyone of my friends or anyone that is looking for an attorney. Yes commercials are even bullcrap! He sits and says that if you have questions or concerns to call him he would return your calls. Never happened his Representatives that work for him won't even give him the message to call you even whenever there is conflict with his own employees this is Bart Durham office and what he stands for I guess. But you will not get no better respect or immediate response like you do with mister witherington and his law firm. Highly recommend him cannot say enough about him and his team they are at 300 James Robertson parkway in Nashville Tennessee suite 200. Easy access and right by the river. Easy to find and I would definitely recommend him and his law firm to everyone that I know or ever hear of that needs a very hard-working and respectful attorney.
