I highly recommend Mr. Higgins. He zealously defended my rights, kept me informed at all times, and obtained the results I was hoping for me. Unlike many attorneys, Mr. Higgins was never too busy to take the time and explain the process to me and my options.

I would recommend John Higgins to anyone who needs a true advocate. An attorney who will be there with you through thick and thin. His knowledge of the law is impeccable, and his attention to detail is outstanding. John has represented me on several very difficult cases and he has always exceeded my expectations. I've dealt with many lawyers throughout my career. John Higgins is simply the best!

Contacted Mr. Higgins for some legal advice regarding some pressing mortgage issues. After doing much research myself and speaking with Mr. Higgins, he was very knowledgeable and I knew he was the right attorney to represent me. The area of law that I needed his council is unchartered waters (which is why I had to selective about my choice of attorney). Fighting the BIG BANKS is no easy task. He did not hesitate to step up for me- which is a quality that we want in an attorney.
In the past 2 years. he has kept me well informed, guided me in every step of the legal process, been very fair and has been found to be very trustworthy. He continues to be tenacious in assisting me and I am very satisfied with his council as he continues to represent me.
I would highly recommend Mr. Higgins. He is an exceptional attorney.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
John exhibits all the qualities one would want when looking for an attorney. First, he cares about his clients. Second, he puts his clients' interest ahead of his own agenda. Third, he will stand up for what is right even if the case appears not winnable.
