My experience with Jake is the best I’ve had with any attorney I’ve found on Avvo—or any online legal marketplace—to-date. I am living in Phoenix and had a lingering issue in Nashville. I hired Jake VanAusdall while living in Phoenix and never returned to Nashville during the time. He was able to help me without issue with that distance and I never had to wait long for a response, even with a time difference. He made me feel confident about the case from day one!
Additionally, when I called the offices for anything, whoever answered was always kind and helpful. It is clearly a culture established at this firm.
