Nothing but rude!

I got a drug charge a few months ago and Sean was my lawyer. He ended up getting me 8 hours community service. I emailed him my paper work to turn into the judge. 3 or 4 days later the police showed up at my fathers house looking for me. My cousin got the same charge and she turned in all her paper w...ork on the same day I did. So why was the police looking for me and not her as well. I questioned him on this and all he said was he filed my paper work. I said well if you did then why are the police looking me. I kept calling and texting. He finally picked up and said he filed my paper work and that the rest wasn't his problem. So now I have a warrant out for my arrest because he didn't handle my case properly! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER!!!

Not Professional in His Capaticty as an Attorney

He did not keep me Informed of what was going on with my case. He was very hostile and always seemed to want to have things his way. On numerous occasions he had to either consult with the judge, or in many other incidents the judge had to thoroughly explain to him what to do in my case. Also, I as...ked my counsel to review the transcripts and other files from my case. He has yet to do that. He repeatedly dodged my earnest pleas to review my case. After frustration of him not being able to decipher one of the most common sense factors in my case, he left me out to hang dry. He dodged my MANY efforts to see and discuss my case. The last time I heard from him was the last time I was in court and I had no prior knowledge of the outcome of my case, nor what direction he was heading with it. After a long unnecessary battle with the case that could have been resolved in General Sessions Court he gave me high hopes of winning the case and persuaded me to move forward to Criminal Court. After much deliberation, I decided to trust him since I felt that the facts were right there among insufficient evidence in the case. After my last unsuccessful court date I was looking for consolation and direction as to how he was going to finish my case, however he looked at me and responded "The only options I had to win my case was I could either jump off a bridge and kill myself or flee the country." I found this very disturbing however I did not want to appear ungrateful before the judge. Yet I did not respond still trusting his judgment. After this long, unnecessary, and overdrawn case I still feel as though justice has not been served nor was I represented as I should.
